To summarize the issue, when attempting to use 'Create Folder For Record ID,' the following error occurs: 'An Apex error occurred: box.Toolkit.BoxApiException: Unable to create folder for Salesforce record because the root folder was not found/created.' However, when clicking the 'Create Folder' button on the record page, the folder can be created without encountering this error. I would like to know how to address this issue.
