How to remove Public Key from my Box app

Hi, 

I have an account Box - workshop@dualpixel.com.br and I want to integrate with Bubble and I get the message - Public Key already in use. 
I deleted tha Box app e create another one, but the message is the same. 

I cant create a new public key from my Bubble app, then I ask to Box support reset/delete the information about my Public Key
