Authorization tab for free account

Hi,

I have created and configured a custom app (JWT), my last step would be to authorize it. I am reading the forum and documentation and everywhere is written I should see an 'Authorize' tab, but somehow I don't have it.

the tabs I have are (in order)
General Settings - Configuration - App Diagnostic

anybody can tell me what am I missing? I'm using a free individual account.
