Where's my local data when the app is closed?

I have a few folders with some files in my Box folder and they are all marked to be available offline.  When I close the app, the folder disappears.  Where is this data actually being stored because it doesn't appear to be in the normal C:\Users\User\Box as this folder doesn't exist when the app closes.  This data has to be somewhere local as I doubt it's re-syncing all that data each time the app is closed and opened.
