    I've had trouble today finding some folders on File Explorer that I confirmed are on Box.com.  They're not making it over to Practice Panther.  I have found at least two so far.  I tried to update as suggested, but the update failed.  Please help me with this asap as it's hindering my work.  thanks, nola
