Why Box app can’t open from SAF (Storage Access Framework) when the Box app is not opened

When opening Box storage using Android SAF, content will not load until the Box app is opened in the background. Is this a Box app specification? Where should I see the full specifications of the Box app regarding SAF android? Any suggestion? Thank You

    I think You have read more specific Information. Try to read BOX app Documentation, Any Updates and Alternatives.

    The behavior you described, where the content from Box storage doesn't load until the Box app is opened in the background, could be related to the specific implementation of the Box app and how it handles Storage Access Framework (SAF) requests on Android mcdvoice.
