Looking for the Setting "Require manual admin authorization for transactional access apps"

Hi, 
I am using a document that has older screenshots than Box's current interface and it says that I need to do the following:

1. Navigate to Settings (the Gear icon) > Enterprise Settings > Apps.
2. In the Third Party Applications section, check:

• App Token Applications: Require manual admin authorization for transactional access apps 
  
  
  I cant find this option, is it no longer needed?
  has it been moved? how do I get to it if so?
