Folder deleted from App

Help please - I deleted a Folder from the app and now can't find anywhere. Not in trash not anywhere and desperately need it now. Please advise how to retrieve or perhaps you can

As i know some apps have a built-in "Recently Deleted" or "Trash" folder where deleted items are temporarily stored. Check within the app to see if your folder is there and can be restored.
