audio files from Apple Music can not play

I have shared music files from Apple Music to the box but they can't be played. I have logged out of my account and back in again. And I have deleted the file and saved it again, they play over other songs, very frustrating. I used MacBook Pro.

  Hi William. First, you should check which format is compatible with your box.  Then you could use DumpMedia Apple Music Converter to convert songs to your desired formats. It's quite easy.
