Can't access shared folder even with direct link from owner

I've tried a new browser, clearing my cache, and the owner even made a copy of the folder and made me a co-owner but still getting "Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for" message. 

And to boot, no options to contact box.com support directly. AWESOME SERVICE from a multi-billion dollar company.
