Search is not working

The search function is not working. I'm trying to find folders and files by name, but it says there are no results even though the folder does exist, and there are no spelling errors. I've read the section dedicated to search, so I'm hoping for a response that's not just a link to that section. This issue is occurring with many folders that have been created for several days, well beyond the 10 minutes they mention for indexing.

  Same problem for me. The Box's search function is not working!!!! Need solution.
