How to reset an inactive account

Hi
There are some users who have become inactive and cannot be invited to the BOX. How can I deactivate someone and invite them to the BOX?

I know that deactivation takes 120 days to completely remove from the system, but is there a way to deactivate it without waiting 120 days?
