my files have just disapeared

Hi there, as you can see from the images attached, yesterday we had these files and now they have just vanished. Can you find them on your servers for us please? We are a charity community radio station and these are the recordings of our volunteers doing their radio shows. There was a presenter on air live from 17:00 to 19:00 and their show recording is no longer there, please help. find our recordings.
