    I was able to resolve this issue. try the following:

    1. In the right corner of your screen click the Wi-Fi icon, then right-click on the network that you are connected to and choose the "Properties" option
    2. Then change the network from Public to Private.

    This should fix the login issue with Box. Thanks!

    Our organization is having the same issue. Per the above Box User's suggestion to resolve, our network is already set to Private so this didn't help us. Looking for other suggestions to help resolve and get us back into Box.
