duplicated folders, which one should I delete

I have a new macbook 14 pro M3, and when I had migrated everything from my older macbook,   Box sync send messages that folders were removed.
I had all folders with  (1)  in the wasted.. but then I saw all other folders were empty, so I put all folders back from the waste bin to the main box.
Now I have 2 of all my folders.

I am not certain which one I should delete,  the folders without  (1)  or the folders with the 1 between brackets.

Please help me , to get rid of half of all the folders.
