Unable to Authorize Box in 3rd party App
I am trying to authorize Box as an integration into Formsite. When I get to the 2-step verification page in the authorization process (after logging in), I am unable to "Submit" the code to move on to the next page. This appears to be an issue with Box itself, not the third party App, because the page is https://app.box.net/api/oauth2/authorize?client_id=r0mcf6sezl8zfviml46ct74spcfp6hvm&response_type=code&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.formsite.com%2Fbld%2FredirectBoxToken&state=dY1zHVpV0U-6nuZRRBbKsT0JgFcMmAIb0HkPCbpNy3DRF6yaFmN9gj72b36Imz72
Can Box kindly assist with this technical error to ensure our integration can proceed?

I ended up finding a way to get in touch with Box Customer Support directly, as their intervention is required to authenticate your account ownership and then bypass the automatic two-step verification. They then want you to set up two-step verification yourself in the Box interface. I am not sure if this will work for you, but I found a way to submit a ticket by logging into my account and then clicking My Activities. There was a tab there for Requests, and I was able to submit a work request ticket. If that doesn't work, you can try emailing them... support@box.zendesk.com. I haven't tried doing that myself so I'm not confident it won't just spit back an auto reply since it wasn't routed through the request system.
