Box/Synology Cloud Sync
I currently have my MFP scanning to a network drive located on a Synology NAS. I have Cloud Sync set up to sync those scanned files to my box drive. After syncing, it would tell me that "The document cannot be opened because it is corrupted or damaged". Everything opens fine from the NAS, but everything in the box gives that error. I did not have encryption turned on for the cloud sync task. I decided to reconfigure the cloud sync to try to correct the issue. It resynced and created duplicates of every file. The weird thing is that everything scanned into the NAS and synced has been opening perfectly since. I need to figure out how to correct the duplicate items in my box account now.
