Unable to See/Download Docs

Hello, 

I received a few referrals through here but I am unable to see the documents being sent to me. Whenever I open the folder and then click on the file I get a "We’re sorry, the preview didn’t load. This document may be protected" which doesn't allow me to view the file or download
