    I'm waiting for a response on something similar. Their terms don't say they treat high-payers differently, yet I'm blocked from the unlimited storage they keep advertising. What's up with that?

    I had a support appointment that was going to start in 2 hours and they just canceled it, this seems very strong to me. 24 HOUR SERVICE and I haven't received a response for 3 days
