The "yes" up-arrow and "no" down-arrows in forum posts make no sense.

In the support forum, on an issue page, next to right of the title of the post; there are an up-arrow and down-arrow with the hover-text: "yes" and "no" respectively.  Why are they there? What are they meant to do?  Yes WHAT? No WHAT?  Makes no sense!  

Please remove the up/down arrows, or change the hover text to something useable.
