Box tools not installing correctly
I keep getting a prompt to install box tools. It is already installed and says it's running but it's not working. I have looked at all the related articles. Help fast please.

Box Tools uses a loopback network interface to communicate between Box.com and your computer.
Here are some possible solutions that you can try:
- Make sure that Box Tools is installed only once in your Control Panel or Applications. If you see it’s installed twice, please uninstall both and do a fresh install of Box Tools.
- Open up your Task Manager (Windows)/Activity Monitor (macOS). You should see two processes running: Box Edit and Box Edit Local Com Server. If you don’t see these processes running, please ensure they are set to run on RTasks start-up.
- Review the article that describes the potential changes you may need to make in your environment. You may need to check with your IT or networking team for further assistance if you are unable to make the changes yourself.
