Can I just sync one folder?

Hey all, happy holidays. 

 

In my Cloud Storage I've got a bunch of various files and folders.

On my computer, I have a folder that I want to sync to my cloud storage. Call me silly, but how do I do this? I just want to sync that one folder, so that anything I put into it will automatically backup to the cloud. I don't want anything else synced ideally, but even without that I can't seem to find a way to simply upload an existing folder. 

 

I never saw any option to choose my directory for Box Sync either
