Uploads from iPadOS device do Box broken since iPadOS17
When uploading files to Box from browser or other application on iPad (“share file” “to Box”) the files are immediately shown in the directory on Box but without size (just “Waiting”).
Files can be opened and even copied to some other place - but once you sign-out of the Box app and sign-in again they are lost forever.
It seems that the files are in some memory buffer on the iPad device and never get to Box.
The same is true for cases when using the Files app on iPadOS. This is also the same now on iPhone iOS if 17.
With iPadOS 16 and iOS 16 this was working flawlessly.
Judging from the behavior of some other apps that are also broken on iPadOS 17 and iOS 17 it is as if somehow the privileges of those apps were removed and they can not now really access files (only read rights) or can not use hardware on iPad or iPhone (i.e. bluetooth connection).
Of course, for the user this is hermetic and we cannot see it.
Anyway, this is up to you people at Box to resolve with Apple: I am more than sure that you were given the proper information what needs to be done for your apps to work on iPadOS and iOS 17.
Looking forward to a solution instead of resolving myself by moving my files to some other cloud storage provider who does not have these issues with iPadOS and iOS integration (like Mega, Google, etc).
