    I have an issue with DSA Box.

    when I log into my account, i should see a DSA icon on the upper right hand corner to click on and get into DSA Box. this Icon has disappeared.

    DSA is telling me that my account is active and they can see it at their end, but I can  not see it at my end.

    I was advised to contact you.

    Rona sent me a message last December but did not provide any Email to send her the image of my monitor and what I see at my end.

    so far no fix has been provided.

    I need this to be functional again ASAP as this is delaying my projects. thank you for your help in advance.
