Account login not associating with organisation
AnsweredWe have an enterprise account with Box, but when I log in my accoutn shows as being a free trial.
Can access shared folders and files, though not all features are available or working correctly.
When admin tried to rectify, error message "the user is not associated with the organisation"
I think this is because I cre4ated my account BEFORE the admin associated me to enterprise - can this be fixed, or do I need to close existing account and start again?
