Installing Box Drive

When I run the installer I get a desktop window that says to login via web browser. Once I login it takes me back to the desktop window which is unchanged and says to login. So I do it again and it's literally an endless circle back and forth but I cannot access box drive. I have run the windows uninstall/install troubleshooter I saw recommended in other posts. I have uninstalled and redone the whole process. I have restarted my computer. I did start to get this message recentlytoo:
