syncing files
Hi. I keep receiving error messages that 2 files failed to sync. because they are too big. The error message shows 2 files with the same name.
Fine, so I've searched (not only the Box folder, but the whole computer) for these two files but my search shows no files with that name.
For a while, I thought perhaps they were in the Box cloud, so I logged in and searched there... nothing there either.
So Box seems to try to sync files that don't exist. What do I do now?
