Unable to Install Box Drive
I hate this support system. I submitted a post describing an issue, received a response that did not help, and the original post was marked "answered" so none of my follow up comments received any responses.
I am a new Box user and I am testing the features before deciding to purchase a subscription for my business.
When I first downloaded Box Drive and attempted to login and connect the drive, I received an error message that says invalid_client.
I was then told to uninstall it, restart my machine, and reinstall it. Which I did.
Now, when I open Box Drive, I click on Log In and it opens a browser. I log in through the browser. It appears to do it successfully because the browser then says "Launching Box Drive" and it launches the Box Drive application window. But, the application window has not changed and still asks me to Log In. If I click on Log In, the cycle then repeats itself.
I am still unable to use Box Drive and it seems permanently on the Log In Page. I have uninstalled it, restarted my machine, and reinstalled it three different times. The issue persists.
