Move Individual Box Accounts to Enterprise Account and I am only an Admin I do not need a seat

I have created a Box Enterprise account. I have two team members that need to be on the Enterprise account. How to do I add them?

Also, I am a Procurement Administrator, I only created the account to manage the subscription and payment. I do not need a seat as I will not use the services, how to I use all 3 seats for colleagues?
