Hello,

I signed into box today to discover several folders missing in my account - they are not in the trash and I have no idea what has happened to them. Please let me know how I can recover these files as they are very important and critical for my work.

  I called earlier today to create a ticket. I gave my email and the person I spoke with said to expect an email with the ticket details, however, I have yet to receive anything. Please let me know what my ticket number is and what the status of my request is
