Box Certified Professional Exam Voucher

Hi,

I have been using the training materials & was looking to register for the Box Certified Professional Exam.

Unfortunately, when looking to pay for this using the voucher my employer has provided. This does not seem to be accepted & states it is invalid. Please can assistance  be provided with this.
