Can't change password or log in

I want to log in the windows software of box drive but it opens an internet tab. When I enter my email it redirects to google sign in (as I created the account with google), when I go on with that after I accept sharing whatever it goes back to the main login page, and then if I log in it logs in the webpage, but software remains the same
