Box app in Android not opening due to mismatch between account and Intune
I have a S23 Ultra running Android and since a couple of weeks anytime I try to open Box App I get the following error in a pop-up window
"Sus cuentas de Intune y Box no coinciden. Inicie sesion co...."
"Yours Intune and Box accounts are not the same. Login with..."
(the rest of the error is not visible in the small pop-up window)
I tried to uninstall and reinstall.. without success.. I also removed the Android connection in my box page in internet ... without any result.. remaining the error.
may you give me some guidance?
thx

I have identified similar problems in my organization.
We have investigated on several terminals and it seems that this event has been occurring since ver. 6.24.6. (In fact, reviews about this issue have been reported in PlayStore since April 1).
Since we have confirmed that the issue is reproduced after updating to ver. 6.24.6, we believe that it is not a specification change on Intune's side, but a specification change or bug in Box's mobile app. -
Hi! Thanks:)
We have NOT implemented AzureAD integration for Box, but we are applying MAM control by Intune. iOS version of the app is not experiencing the problem, so we assume that the latest Android version of the app is not adapted to MAM control by Intune.
We are trying to verify if we can avoid this trouble by excluding the Box from Intune's public apps, but we have not had good results yet.

I have the Intune app to manage access to corporate Microsoft apps on my Android phone, but I use the Box app to access personal documents. I need to use the Box app *without* going through Intune so I can get to my non-work files on my phone. But since the weekend, the Box app won't open after "Your Intune and Box accounts don't match."

Confirmed that using previous version 16 march of BOX App, it works perfectly¡¡
I downloaded apk from
