    Hello I have recently started working for a company and the project is within BOX. I downloaded, installed. and now I can access links they send but every time they send an email inviting me to collaborate and I click the big "Accept Invite" button. It takes me to my BOX web page with nothing new there. We have now done this about 5 times and nothing. could it be that my email address is  but it used to be ?

    I NEED to sort this out or I will not be able to work at all.
