Hello New York State of Health@Harika Padma,

Certainly! If you’ve accidentally deleted pictures from your Box account, there’s a way to recover them. Here’s how you can retrieve deleted files from Box:

    Logging into Box.
    Go to the Box website.
Log in using your Box account username and password.
    Recovering Specific Files from Trash:
From the main “All Files and Folders” page, find the section titled Resources (located on the right sidebar).
Click on Trash to enter the Trash location.
In the Trash page, you’ll see all the folders and files deleted from your Box account within the last 30 days. The original file and folder names are still intact.
You can sort the list by Date Deleted, Name, or Size to better organize your navigation.
Tick the checkboxes next to the files you’d like to restore.
Click the reverse-curved arrow (located under All Files) and then select “Restore” on the confirmation dialog box. Your selected files will be restored to their previous locations within your Box account.
    Recovering All Files from Trash.
Follow the same steps as above to enter the Trash location.
If you’d like to restore all files in your Trash, simply click the “Restore All” button (located under All Files).
Remember that files you delete from your Box account remain in the Trash folder for 30 days before they’re permanently deleted. So act promptly to recover your important pictures!

    Best Regards,
    New York State of Health
