GoodReader for iphone App Login Error

Until now I have been accessing my BOX storage from my GoodReader app installed on my iPhone without any problems.
However, lately it has been giving me an error and not allowing me to access it.

I can access my files from the web and from the BOX app on my iPhone, but for some strange reason, now I can't access them from the GoodReader app on my iPhone.
I have reported the problem to GoodReader support, and they respond that "they are not able to reproduce the problem", that is, they do not know how to solve the problem.
Can you help me solve it?
