    It seems you’re encountering an issue with generating backup codes for your Box account. This is a known issue that others have experienced as well.
    Before generating backup codes, make sure that Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled on your account.

    If you’re using a web browser, clear your cache and cookies, then try generating the codes again.
    Occasionally, the problem might be with the browser or device. Attempt to generate the codes using a different browser or device.
    Remember, backup codes are essential for accessing your account when other MFA options are not available, so it’s important to have them set up correctly.
