Can't Download Box Drive on New MS Surface Pro

I just purchased the lasted MS Surface Pro w/ Co-Pilot. 

I continue to run into an error code when trying to download Box Drive. 

Is it not supported on Windows 11 or on Surface Pros? It worked just fine on my old Surface Pro.

    Box Drive is indeed supported on Windows 11, as announced by Box for all their desktop products, including Box Drive. There should be no compatibility issues with Windows 11 or Surface Pro devices in general.

    Check System Requirements: Ensure your Surface Pro meets all the system requirements for Box Drive.

    Hi Gregory,

    Thank you for your response. What system requirements should I be looking for?? 

    I am 100% sure I have the latest Windows 11 update.

    I have uninstalled/reinstalled Box Drive about five times now following all of the instructions meticulously from various forum comments and Box troublshooting guides. I have tried everything I can think of.

    Here are my error pop-ups that I continue to get:

    Box Drive requires a Windows restart to finish updating.

    Box Drive is about to quit.

    I have also restarting my computer many times and clicked "send logs".

    Please assist.

    I am having exactly the same issue.  I updated windows 11 and still having the problem.  Were you able to solve this issue?

    I have the exact same issue: 
    Box Drive will not successfully install on a new Surface Laptop with Snapdragon X Plus processor.  By "new," I mean that I am unable to get Box Drive to work after a completely new installation.

    I am having the exact same issue… with 5 new surface laptops with copilot that I am trying to set up for new staff. I’m not a Tech just the go to ‘IT’ person for our organisation. A solution would be fabulous
