All My Files Are No Longer Accessible

Good Day,

I noticed today after logging into my Box Drive account all of my files I could previously access are gone. I had last accessed 15 days ago however today they are no longer able to be retrieved. Trash is empty and my usage shows "0B of 10 gb used" . What am I missing ?
