Unable to reset password after using Google to login
Answered-Copied from previous posts because I am having the same issue and the resolution does not seem to be posted on similar requests-
I have a personal account and I am using Google to sign-in. I'm unable to change, or create a password so I can't access shared folders because they require a strong password, despite that my google password is a strong one.
Every time I get an error when trying to create a password since I don't have an existing password per se. Please help

Nevermind - I was able to circumvent the issue by following the 'change password' link in this support article:
https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195593-Reset-My-Box-Account-Password
rather than the 'create password' section on my profile which gave an error with each attempt to create a password
