    Hello,

I understand how frustrating it can be when you encounter issues like this. It seems that you’re facing the “Disabled by Administrator” error when trying to use Box for Microsoft applications. Let’s troubleshoot this:

Reach Out to Your Box Administrator: As an end user, you’ll need to contact your Box administrator. They can verify the application settings and permissions. The error message should provide the email address of your Box admin.
Check Application Status: If you’re a Box administrator, follow these steps:
Go to the Box Admin Console > Apps.
Search for the name of the application (e.g., Box for MS).
Ensure that the app status is set to “Available.”
    Save the changes.
Unpublished Applications: If the app isn’t listed, it might be an unpublished application. In that case:
Go to the Custom Apps Manager tab in the Admin Console > Apps.
    Click “Add App.”
Enter the Client ID (API Key) provided by the app developer or from the Disabled by Administrator error message URL.
View the app details and click “Enable.”
Remember, some Box admin teams limit app access for security reasons, so individual apps may need to be enabled as requested  I hope this helps resolve the issue.   Official Website
