Box always presents the "reset password" form from Firefox
Whenever I try to sign in to Box on Firefox (my preferred browser) I get the password reset form, shown below. I've used it to change my password a couple of times, and each time it just pops back up. I get a "password changed" email. I finally tried chrome and was able to log in, using the last password I set.
After the first password reset I got an email from box, subject "1 application removed" that is shown below. It said that Firefox had been removed.
I've restarted Firefox and Windows. I finally tried Chrome. What can I do to restore access through Firefox. Note that my Windows 11 computer died and I am using this old Dell with Windows 8.1. This maybe part of the problem, but Box worked fine for a few days.
