Cannot log into Box for iPhone

    PS - I am able to log in using the web and Drive on the Mac

    I have the same problem, except that I get an "invalid credentials" alert in my Box app on iPhone. I also have no problem logging in to web or Box Drive on Mac. I posted my issue in this so-called "Support Forum" over three months ago, with absolutely no response whatsoever. I am utterly astounded at how many requests for help/support go unanswered here.

    (Sorry I don't have an answer for you. File this under "misery loves company"... )
