Backing up Box Drive files using Acronis Cyber Protect Home

I create an image of my entire hard drive every few days using Acronis Cyber Protect Home.  The image file is stored on an external hard drive. I use Box Drive and synchronize my Box folder (and subdirectories) to the Cloud and to two separate laptops.  

Today, I had the need to restore one particular file stored in a box subdirectory from the external backup file on the external hard drive.  When I navigate to the Box directory on the external backup file, it exists, but it is completely empty.  This leads me to believe that:

(1) My Box files on my hard drive are actually stored somewhere else (most likely in the USERS\APPDATA\LOCAL\BOX directory or subdirectory somewhere), and

(2) The file names are disguised, so they are meaningless to me.

Here is the issue:  Let's say I accidentally delete a file or a file gets corrupted on one of my laptops.  I want to go get the last saved version of it from the Acronis image file (saved as a .tibx file on the External hard drive).  How can I do that if the files really arent located in my \USERS\BOX directory and subdirectories?

In other words, if I accidentally delete a file and I'm using Box Drive, which syncs to the cloud and to another computer (so the deleted file is removed from the Cloud and the other computer), how can I create a backup?  I thought the Acronis image backup would capture it, but it isn't capturing it at all.  I believe Box Sync for Windows did capture the actual files, but not Box Drive, and I thought Box Drive is the latest version.

Help would be appreciated.
