Storage Shrank
I had 50 GB of storage. I tried the trial of Box Business and decided it wasn't for me. But when I cancelled the subscription, instead of going back to 50 GB, my account now has only 10 GB. How can I get my previous limit back to where it was before the trial?

This issue has been ongoing and I have not received any responses to my inquiries for assistance including this post which I submitted almost 2 weeks ago and an additional message request I sent. The link to chat with support only leads back to this forum. Box will not allow me to add any new files or even to search for my files in the app until this is resolved. I would like to be contact directly to address this problem immediately. It is pretty ridiculous that there are not more urgent methods of contacting customer service in pressing situations like this.
