Migration to Box Developer account
Hello Box team,
I am in the process of transitioning my account from an individual account to a developer account. Based on previous conversations, it seems I must delete my individual account first and then sign up for a developer account. After I delete my individual account, I would request that my email associated with that account be released so I can create a developer account as soon as possible.
This ticket may need to be routed to a member of the Admin Team in order for this to be accomplished quickly. Please let me know when I may proceed with the deletion of my individual account.
