Had to transition from User ID to Enterprise ID - Cannot see content on website now

I have been using Box for close to 2 years for an app I have been working on to manage uploads and downloads of content. I have been using it with my user ID just fine. Last week I was trying to upload and download but it was unsuccessful (as I posted about before). To solve, I had to stop using my UserID and instead use my EnterpriseID and now it is working. However, now when I login to box, I cannot see the content that is in the system at all, which I need to be able to do because it is often beneficial for me to make sure things are still working and I can manually get files if I need to. What can I do about this to either see the content with the enterprise or transition back to using my UserID?
