User errors when 1) trying to sign up and 2) view files

We shared a Box folder with several users. Starting on October 2, 2024 many users had issues with the following:

1. Viewing files: Error message = Opps! we can't seem to find the page you're looking for.

2. Signing up: Error message = An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later. If this error persists, please contact us here.

Can you please help us troubleshoot?
