MANAGE ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS USING TAGS

Hi, I need to know if I can ENABLE OR DISABLE access to documents uploaded to BOX, by using TAGS.
For example, documents that have the TAG “Confidential”, can only be seen by SOME USERS or GROUP OF USERS.
Is this possible?
