Need to have Storage Script run on my Box Account
AnsweredHi Box team,
I'm having an error with a user account not being able to upload a file due to error message "account storage limit reached'. However, the user only has 70 MB of their allotted 10 GB used so far. This error is also occurring for another user who has only used 1.8 MB out of the 10 GB limit.
